R.O.P.E.
Righteous - Obedience - Prayerfully - Everyday
Teams of Men, roped together, helping each other scale the hazardous terrain of life as they battle to ascend to the summit of R.E.A.L. Manhood.
__________
"A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." (Proverbs 17:17)
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." (Proverbs 27:17)
BROTHERHOOD of the R.O.P.E.
"Honor all men; love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king."(1 Peter 2:17)
Every male is born with an adventurous warrior spirit. It's a gift God gives to men that empowers them to search out His truth and climb the mountain of Christ-centered manhood. It's a fire deep within that propels men forward in their battle against the demonic travails of daily life. The warrior spirit drives men to advance God's Kingdom in their sphere of influence that creates an environment of healthy Christ-centered growth. However, it's not easy to reach the summit of R.E.A.L. Christ-centered Manhood and consistently rise above the sinful battles of everyday life.
The conditions/circumstances on the way up the mountain can change dramatically, moment by moment, going from pristine to violently dangerous. Individually, our struggle against such adverse conditions can easily kill the hopes and dreams of Christ-centered manhood and destroy those precious to us. But, when men R.O.P.E. together with each other in Christ, they form an invincible bond strong enough to withstand anything life throws at them. Therefore, to successfully fight the vicious enemy attacks and finish strong, it's imperative that men R.O.P.E. securely to one another as they ascend the summit of Godly, Christ-centered Manhood.

"It's on the summit with God where men aquire the skills of R.E.A.L. Christ-centered Manhood that equips and empowers them to be victorious Kingdom Warriors in the valley of everyday life."
- Ravon Johnson
“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. The true neighbor will risk his position, his prestige, and even his life for the welfare of others. In dangerous valleys and hazardous pathways, he will lift some bruised and beaten brother to a higher and more noble life.”
- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
R.O.P.E. Teams
"R.E.A.L. Men pulling together to win the battles of everyday life, build their families and glorify God."
• Men tied together – interdependent relationships pursuing a common purpose.
• A team has an objective. Men come together to accomplish something important to each person, something they know they can achieve better together than alone.
• Every member is there to achieve the mission of the team.
• Men with complementary skills, who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable.
• Shared vision and objectives create what is known as a hot group – a special state of mind. Task-obsessed and full of passion and coupled with a distinctive way of behaving, a style that is intense, sharply focused and full-bore or full-throttle.
• Relationships sustain the vitality of the team and those relationships are grounded in shared values. When hanging from the end of the rope, we need to be tied to someone who shares our views about life.
• Shared values mean we confront one another when we deviate from those values.

Young Warriors
Encouraging, developing and guiding the next generation of Godly warriors is a responsibility that must be taken seriously. We recognize that just like men, young boys are in a battle, struggling to find their identity and purpose. It takes a R.E.A.L. Man to teach a boy how to be a Godly warrior! By joining God's forces, with help, they can become the R.E.A.L. Men who will next represent the Kingdom of God on earth.
"And these words which I Am commanding you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk about them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up." (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
